Alupro Media Library: Terms of Use
By downloading any image, template or communications material from the Alupro Media Library you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.
- I certify that all images downloaded from the Aluminium Packaging Recycling Organisation (hereafter referred to as Alupro) image library will only be used in whole, without alteration or modification. I agree to credit Alupro as the owner of the image.
- I certify that the images and template materials will only be used in the positive promotion of aluminium and metal packaging recycling, within the context of the campaign guidelines specified in the media library, and in accordance with the guidelines issued by Alupro.
- I agree to use the images and template materials only in promotional materials that will demonstrate to the general public the viability of recycling aluminium and metal packaging.
- I agree that Alupro retains the ownership of the images and templates and any intellectual property as defined in the guidelines. I agree that the right to use the images is not transferable.
- I agree that Alupro shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in the images.
- I agree to provide examples of promotional materials that use these images to Alupro for monitoring purposes and as examples of best practice.
- I agree that the images will not be passed onto any third party without the prior written consent of Alupro.
- I understand that I will be liable for any claim that arises out of misuse of the images by us, or by any third party to whom I have passed the images without the prior written consent of Alupro. I accept liability for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of an image or images unless such image or images were fraudulently or negligently assembled by Alupro.
